A Functional Life is a Healthy Life

Personal freedom. I worked for 20 years to find it by restoring my health. It lead me to become a successful functional medicine practitioner who helped people on a profoundly deep level. I accomplished my goal of becoming healthy and restoring my personal freedom and realized that I finally had a choice to choose what I truly wanted to do to help people.

Craving a simplified life, I made the switch to functional life coaching and I couldn’t be happier about it. Now I help clients listen to themselves to uncover their true goals and chart a course to achieving them.

In my spare time I create trails in the forest near my home, spend time with my amazing husband and family and savour the freedom I’ve worked so hard for.
